Good morning. So this week's para is para bo which is the week of the exodus. It's the third week of the book of exodus but it's the story of the exodus. Last week we had seven plagues. for this week begins. We know this 10 of course this one begins with the words boar bo el parro come to pharaoh tells Moshe come to pharaoh and warn him about plague number eight this is going to be locust and pharaoh um Moses warns Pharaoh Moshe warns Pharaoh Moses warns Pharaoh Moshe warns Pharaoh that there's going to be locust plague that's going to destroy all remaining food that wasn't yet destroyed by the hol and uh the u pharaoh's servants turn to Pharaoh and say just let him go Egypt is going to be destroyed destroyed. So Pharaoh calls back Moshe at Aron and says, "Who exactly is going?" And Mosha says, "We're going in a famous verse, we're going with our with our elders and with our youth, with our sons and with our daughters. We're taking everyone." And Pharaoh says, "Just the adults. Go leave the kids behind." Um Mosha refuses leave the kids behind." Um Mosha refuses and along comes the plague. brings along the plague of um locust, greatest locust that Egypt ever experienced that um and that ate all the food and there was no food left. Um then Moshe warns Pharaoh. Then there is the ninth plague, the plague of darkness where um all of Egypt for three days according to our sages six days are the Egyptians are unable to see while Israel has light. It is during this time our sages say that the um Israel people of Israel were able to go
