Good evening and thank you for joining us for part two of our four-part series at BRS on how to break bad habits and forge good habits. This series all delivered by rabbis of BRS is all about recognizing that if we want to grow spiritually, if we want to be the best version of ourselves in terms of our neshama, of our soul, then we need to be disciplined, we need to be in control, we need to be healthy when it comes to our body. We need to be able to breathe right. Breathing, neshama, neshima are the same word. Last week Rabbi Moscowitz spoke about the importance of the breath of life, of breathing, not in a shallow way, not in a rushed way, but to be conscious of our breathing and to breathe deeply and breathe meaningfully.
