Okay. Um we are uh over here we're talking about the um necessary aspects of a um functioning uh state uh and division of the uh division of powers, checks and balances if you were. So You need to have the legislative authority is the authority to uh to uh determine the the laws of the country for um uh uh system of justice. I'm not sure what he means by that. Um I guess I think he means the maybe the constitution and the actual laws but I don't know exactly what he means. Democrat uh maybe some anyway it doesn't really matter this authority is given over to the selected delegates of the people of the country either they decide or with the um consent of the president oes base him literally means the house of the uh the the the donors. I don't know. I I assume he means like an upper house as opposed to a lower house like uh the the Senate in the United States or the House of Lords in in in Britain. The uh the the judiciary authority says that the um judges should be independent of any other authority. So there shouldn't be any positive impacting or influencing them. There are various different ways by which judges are appointed. But when the judge appointed then they should ideally speaking of course not always the case especially not in countries nowadays where everything has become so polarized but they should fulfill their their job only based on their conscious. says they should not have to give a report or an accounting to any authority above them. Okay. Unfortunately, it's not always the case nowadays. Nowadays, the executive or administrative authority this is the uh the governing authority.
