So good morning. So let's start with the para today. The today we have a double para um because this year we only had one month of adar. So we have to fit 54 portions in um less than 50 weeks. Um, someone who is tame is forbidden from um going into the temple, from eating holy foods such as the truma that was given to the Cohen, from um eating sacrifi holy foods like sacrifices.
