thank you so now we continue in there Hashem in chapter two in chapter one just so that everyone is on the same page we discussed the six pieces of information that we have to know about God one that God exists that he's perfect that his existence is necessary that he is independent of anything outside of him and he is simple and he is unique and one unique and one is one category now we go into the second Perry the second chapter and we're really trying to understand okay so why did God create this whole thing and he says that the purpose of creation was because God wanted he wanted to do good for others that's really what it is it's very simple there is a I don't know if you saw there was an article in a Wall Street Journal about the existence of God and science it's very interesting showing that uh the more science advances the more we realize how it is improbable that life should exist anywhere in the universe let alone on the Earth and so it's closer and closer to proving providing a good argument for the existence of God because nothing would exist because non-existence is much simpler than existence so here he explains he says to us that really the purpose of God in creating is to bestow his goodness upon others which is us and we see that God himself is the ultimate perfection and there is no such thing as perfect other than he and whenever we talk about something that's perfect we really are not being precise because Perfection is only god god is perfect
