welcome everybody nice to be together with everybody hope everybody had a wonderful summer a little vacation we're looking forward to a very productive educational season coming up as usual we start with our laws of speech of L and hor from the holy saer and we're starting a new chapter over here till now we've discussed the laws of L if we see somebody doing something they should not be doing between man and God now we're going to discuss laws of Lan hor if we see somebody doing something wrong against his fellow man and he starts man and he starts off if we saw somebody doing a negative act something wrong against somebody else he stole something from him he cheated him in the sail or he damaged him whether the person who was damaged or stolen from knows about it or whether he does not know about it or he embarrassed him in public or he said words that were not appropriate to the other person made him feel bad and he knows that the person who did bad and he knows that the person who did this wrongdoing did not fix it up afterwards he stole he did not return the stolen object yet he cheated he did not return the money that he cheated him with he didn't ask him for any forgiveness it's permitted for the one who saw what happened to tell other people about it listen to that and that and to let people know that he stole from him he embarrassed him he cheated him why is it permitted number one cuz maybe by talking about it the person who did what he shouldn't have done will be embarrassed he hear the people are finding out about it maybe he'll do chuva and return it and even even if that will not happen but we want people to know they
