Why the Blood Libels Always Happen Pesach Time

We know throughout history almost in every generation there is also another phenomenon that we have been accused of the notorious blood libels which Rabbeinu Bachya ben Asher in the Kitzur M'Amaras Am he asks, he says it's a דבר נפלא מאד he says on page פח ס because we know there's a rule that שקר that falsehood that doesn't have a kernel of truth cannot stand cannot has no רגליים אינו יכול להתקיים so how can this is the blood libel be re- gurgitated in every generation? It has no basis in in truth. What do bachurim like to eat bein hazmanim? They like to eat eggs. And what happens if there's an egg spot in an egg a blood spot in an egg? You toss it even though yeah some people they cook three eggs at a time so if there's a blood spot so maybe it's bottle and it's probably not fertilized. The one thing that we stay far away from is even the smallest amount of blood. And yet this uh notorious blood libel rears its ugly head in every single generation doesn't even have a mashu of truth to it. How can such a lie perpetually be stoked up against the Jewish people? And Rabbeinu Bachya ben Asher says that it's מפילי השגחה it's one of the wonders of divine providence. He says it's a דבר ברור that it's definitely an עונש for something that כל ישראל did it's something we're definitely punished for and Hashem deals with כל ישראל מידה כנגד מידה and there must be some עבירה that we're being punished for and Rabbeinu Bachya ben Asher says לולי לולי שאינני כדאי if not for the fact that I'm not worthy I would say
