okay so this is part three of the gratitude uh series and you know it's funny because the gratitude class originally was supposed to be a one class thing but the more you know it's very interesting so the more that i break it up meaning that i don't just rush through it the more i want to add to it so this is becoming a mini series in itself um because if i'm if i have a class even though i have the class for a period and let's say i didn't finish it in in class part one but and i have enough for to you one but and i have enough for to you know to that i want to speak about for another full hour i still like to do a little bit more learning and research and and understanding on it and that usually ends up building the series longer and longer which is very good because uh you know how crosstalk is really something that we should speak about for a um you know not not just a short period but really there's there's a lot to speak about and it's extremely extremely important so this is this is uh um going longer than i initially planned but i think it is uh for the for the
