On Tisha B'Av, the rabbonim and the rabbonim told me to listen to the chachamim who told me to fast. chachamim who told me to fast. And what's happening? What's it doing? What's it saying to me? What's my experience? And it it begs the question, like what's happening? What's Is this what's this fast? And and that part brings me to very good thoughts. Even when I'm thinking about food, I like thinking about the sugia that I have a part I have a neshama. My neshama is supposed to take good care of my body. Very very stark. It's wrong not to take care of myself. And I start thinking
