progress. >> Okay, good morning, everyone. Parshas Vayishlach How does that opening? Here we go. So, the Chofetz Chaim this pasuk, this parsha is alluding to the time of the redemption. Like we find in the medrish. Moshe shows Klal Yisrael that if they sin, they're going to be exiled. They're going to do teshuvah, and how they're going to be redeemed. How they're going to sin, Then the Heifetz Chaim is going to scatter them. Then they're going to be distressed. Says Rabbi Eliezer, when we were redeemed from Mitzrayim, we were redeemed for five reasons. Mitzrayim tzarah, out of distress, Mitzrayim teshuvah, from repentance, Mitzrayim rachamim, Vayar Hashem es Yisrael, Mitzrayim ha'ketz, the time was up. Tzarah, teshuvah, rachamim, ketz. That's only four, but okay. So, too tzarah, So, in order to have geulah, you need five ingredients. We have to be in distress, We need to repent. We have to elicit Hashem's Rachamim. We need Zechus Avos. And it has to be the right time. Says the Chofetz Chaim, the meaning of this statement of Chazal is all these five things will assist the Geulah. Now, says the Chofetz Chaim, if we would have done a Teshuvah Sheleimah, then uh for sure Teshuvah would get us out
