Just know that in the first few minutes people are still logging in. I will start with just reminding you And I hope you are doing the daily additions as I have mentioned. I will repeat increasing in prayers Shaharit, Mincha, and Arbit. And adding prayers such as everyday Birkat Hamazon foundation of teshuvah. And we are going by the teachings of Rabbenu Yonah in the book Shaarei Teshuvah, the gate of the repentance. And or the gates of repentance. And we have learned that the first thing that one needs to do in order to do teshuvah is to regret and have remorse from the sin that the person did. And once the person has the regret and the remorse in their mind for the sin [clears throat] that they did, now they're ready to let go of the sin, which is the second foundation, the second step. Because the person already despises the sin, can't understand why he did the sin. Much easier, by the way, to leave the sin after you come to a level of regret. And by the way, all the levels that we're learning, by the way, are very hard. Nothing comes like this. Don't
