Shalom everybody and welcome back to insights in the parsha of the week. Parshat Beha'alotcha in the diaspora. In Eretz Yisrael this year it's Shlach. Um this parsha has many things. You know, positive things, things which sound pretty sad. Let's go into one of the details of the parsha. The parsha talks about, amongst the many other things it speaks about, the Jews ready to leave Har Sinai in order now to make the journey towards entering the land. So, Moshe Rabbeinu tells Yitro, who came to convert, he said, "We're going to the Holy Land. Come with us." And he refused. There's a few reasons why he refused. The the the one that Rashi brings that sticks out is that he went he wanted to go back to Midian to convert his family or and to bring them to come afterwards. So, the Jews left. And then is inserted [clears throat] a parsha which is called Vayehi binsoah Aron um we're we're talking about in chapter 10 of this week's parsha, Beha'alotcha. Right? Uh the the the parsha of Yitro is from verse 29 until [clears throat] until 30 until 34. And it says the final pasuk is Vayisu mehar in verse 33. Vayisu mehar Hashem derech shloshet yamim. V'aron brit Hashem nosea lifneihem. So, the Jews left and they traveled from the mountain of God and on a journey of 3 days and the holy ark of Hashem was traveling before them to flatten them the the the way. So, they just have to walk straight in this desert. Flattens the mountains, makes straight the depths, the the the ravines, the valleys, whatever. And it went ahead of them 3 days latur lahem menucha in order to find for them a place to rest for the next stop. And then after that is like I said from the the parsha of Vayeh bin Tzoaron,
