Okay, good evening. Welcome everyone to tonight's very special shar being presented by of course the kila kila ordashm [Music] organized many programs um not in this building but a few hundred feet away right across the street and it's a beautiful kila and the the kil continue to grow in not not only physically in in maybe height but also in the amount of people and toraim um and from and of course the the the sh is nish Abraham Bena aliyah. Amen. And as well as should have a complete amin. And of course we have this very special um uh Ra which we're gonna hear from momentarily. Ra go who I think spoke here around approximately one year ago and who gave such amazing inspiration and really left such an impact that Hashem the Rav is back again. We appreciate it. And um I think to introduce the RV and and and the topic tonight we're talking about um a a new year, a new you. Um so something interesting that that I heard about from from this week's para it talks about and we're going to be reading it tomorrow in the morning is it says that the person is we're standing here today. It says that it says the heads as well as the the the head the theatim the the leaders like of of the the tribes. It says the heads and it says the tribes. So there's a famous question that Rab Moshe Finstein he says that you would think it should say the heads of the tribes. Why does it say two different terminologies? Why does it say the heads and the tribes? So he said that that often a person thinks okay fine in order to make an an impact in order to to be a leader
