reza okay i want to start before we get back to simcha the topic that we have been studying just to start for one moment on our bracha campaign we continue to uh have a campaign this is not our campaign it's a halacha we're obligated to say 100 brachas every day 100 bid for connections 100 reminders throughout our day you know they have these apps that remind you to breathe as if we'd forget if you forget to breathe you die so why do you need an app to remind you to breathe because we breathe but we breathe mindlessly we do it mindlessly so of course if you stop breathing you stop living you need to breathe in order to live but we don't want to just breathe mindlessly we want to breathe mindfully we want to be present in our breath the same word for breath is the same word for soul we restore our soul we elevate our soul we enrich our soul when we're present in breath the breath of life is the very way we got life to begin with god breathed life into us
