0:00 A good life, salvations from Heaven. Honorable head of the Traffic Division, Chaim... May the Holy One, blessed be He, protect you for your request, that accidents be prevented and disasters be prevented. You know that people are careful on Shabbos about muktzeh, which is only Rabbinic. But when you get on the road, these are Torah prohibitions. Anyone who is on the road, anything he does, the prohibition is from the Torah.

0:27 Why? Because harm can easily be caused. If a person drinks, if a person drives above the speed limit, and he causes any harm to anyone, he is judged as if it were intentional. Therefore it is very, very important that you know that every time we reach the road, the prohibition is immediately from the Torah. It is like Yom Kippur. One must treat when a person travels on the road like Yom Kippur. The caution in driving, for pedestrians, also the person himself, also the people with him in the car.

0:51 One must keep the traffic laws like the Ten Commandments. Remember what I am saying. Keep the traffic laws like the Ten Commandments. And you, what you do, you do holy work wondrous, that you protect the roads and highways like this, keep up the good work, and that people will observe everything as they should. Rabbi Aharon of Belz said that the traffic laws are holy like the Ten Commandments.

1:16 Rabbi Aharon of Belz, I heard this from a very wise man who told me this in the name of Rabbi Aharon... who passed away, peace be upon him, about 15 years ago, he told me this, that he heard directly from Rabbi Aharon of Belz, who said that the traffic laws are holy like the Ten Commandments. What can I bless you with... The strong one is clear, the strong one is clear, the strong one is clear.
