Shaarei Teshuva: Shaar 1:37 - The 12th Ingredient of Teshuvah, Know the Severity of the Sin

What’s said in this shiur

The opening of this shiur, in Rabbi Daniel Glatstein’s own words — taken from the captions, so names and Hebrew terms may be approximate.

malcus and uh mitsu is the most lenient so let's say for example a person violated mr say didn't fulfill mrs assay son didn't eat matsan didn't eat in the sukkah the first night someone didn't wear its filling so in mrs mountain korea shima chuva alone takes care of the avira once you do chuva immediately that is forgiving someone violates allah let's say someone wears shannon so that's something that besides could give malcolus for chuva alone does not take care of the oberon you need chuba and yom kippur allav someone violates allah that has currys whether it's abuse nida however rabbin writes elsewhere that torah and khased could protect you from any tribulations that are needed for these type of severe averages so that's why um that's another very important uh benefit of learning tyra is that it protects you from uhurum for the more severe time and then there is severe shiva alone isn't enough yom kippur but even so it's possible to atone for it with kids hashem and we mentioned chuvame ahava
