But when a Talmud Chacham comes in the room, they don't even pay attention. They don't give him any kavod. So, we are zocheh residents of Safed to live in a city of Chachamim. We have the Beis HaKvaros where is the final resting places of the greatest Chachamim of all time. Here in the old city, we have the shuls. We're in the oldest and holiest shul in all of Safed, perhaps in the world. Yet, whether it be the walls of the shul or a matzeiva, a gravestone, they all represent the Torah of those Chachamim. But it is the living Chachamim who teach their Torah, whether the Halacha of the Mishna Brurah Yomit, of the Amud Shvui, or the Toras Hasod, the esoteric Torah which Rabbi Goldstein teaches and explains to the masses in such an inspiring way, that is what Toshvei Safed, the residents of Safed, have come out to hear and to give kavod to the living Torah. And so on behalf of all of us and on behalf of the Hakhamim of Safed whose ruach is here, uh we welcome Rabbi Goldstein. Uh what a great honor it is to be back here in the holy city of Safed.
