fao printing you'll hear more about them in the middle of this episode but without further ado rabbi binyamin being a jew awesome managing personal finances not so awesome welcome to kosher money okay another episode of kosher money we're going through these like water and today super excited about this particular topic uh mental health i think we've come a long way in uh over the years about the stigma still ways to go uh robert thank you for being here thank you very much for having me so tell us a little bit about relief i know you've been a big part of that for quite a few years for those that don't know what is relief okay so relief is a mental health referral service probably the easiest way to describe it most people know about ekko or shooky berman in terms of what they do for medical referrals we do the same thing for mental health um when somebody's looking for a mental health professional it's actually very very difficult to find on your own maybe even impossible to find on your own the right person because a very often people don't speak about what their issues are so if somebody's looking for a cardiologist you could ask your brother-in-law but if you're looking for a psychiatrist or a therapist you might not want to ask your brother-in-law um because of that stigma right right right but even if even if that wasn't an issue what people often don't realize is that just like medicine has specialties and subspecialties and you wouldn't go to a kidney specialist if you needed an orthopedist mental health has the same thing just people don't realize that people say
