Midrash Tenach Parashat Hokat Siman 5 says that the Midrash Rabbi Hanan ben Pazi opened the reading of Parashat Para, so he is actually Rabbi Hina ben Pazi opened the interpretation of the Bible in Parashat Para, but which reading is the same verse that we learned above?
