There are two things that I would like to learn together with the Havruta tonight. One from the parsha and one from one from others. In the parsha, it speaks this week's parsha talks about the mitzvah of milah. Vayomer Shmini Yom Besaro Lasay. It gives us the mitzvah d'oraita on the eighth day to do bris milah. Yom Besaro Lasay. To be ma'al the mitzvah d'oraita of bris milah. I was like a few days ago to go to the bris of somebody who who grew up here, who developed a Hashem yeshiva and made a and brought their son, their second son, to bris milah. A very special person. And the baby Yitzchak Eliyahu. And so milah was on my mind already this week. Having gone to that person been involved in that beautiful, beautiful simcha. And then this week's parsha speaks about milah. Vayomer Shmini. Chazal tell us milah. Vayomer Shmini. Chazal tell us the following about David Hamelech. David Hamelech was bathing. And in and as he was bathing, he had a certain sadness that he was arum in a mitzvah, that he had no mitzvahs. David Hamelech was constantly learning. The Malach Hamavet couldn't get him because he was always learning Torah. So every second he was arangutan in the mitzvah of Hashem, a loyalist for Hashem. Second by second doing a mitzvah. And came he was being rochaitz. And all And came he was being rochaitz. And all of a sudden there was no mitzvah. And he had a chalishus. And he remembered the bris milah and he had a tremendous happiness. The bris milah comes for the David Hamelech. Now bris milah is a tremendous source of happiness. Sasson U'Mismachin U'Ratzon is bris milah. A bris milah you find over and over the inyan of simcha. Says the Yidden my simcha and sasson. Sasan is Kazal say the reason
