You cannot do that with your your your right hand or left hand. Those hands were created for something else, not to hit, not to hurt. This is what Mosher was giving him a bit of Muslim. And of course, he didn't like it. He gives back some Muslim to Moshe and says, "Who made you a judge over us? You're going to judge us?"
