There is a very uh big problem, serious problem that bothers people very much now that uh the shoos are basically not in operation. Those people left to say kadesh for a close one whether they started before or maybe even because of this plague that we're going through they lost a that we're going through they lost a close one and they can't say kadesh there's no meaning to say kadesh this bothering people very much I want to give over to you to anybody that is in this situation I discussed this with Mosian Feinstein. I asked them what happens in a circumstance where somebody wants to say kades supposed to say kades wants to say kades supposed to say kades and can't for whatever reason. She gave a very important answer to me which I think is a mitzvah to people to realize if they're in that situation. He said that learning Tyra will give peace and elevation to the departed one. This nama and that would be the proper thing to and that would be the proper thing to do. Somebody who cannot say kadesh they should learn to in its place. Now of course every that person misses would be important to say to learn Tyra may learn a Mishna whatever it is to learn Tyra of course it would be even better to say learn something or Mishna whatever for every that's missed
