It's the top. Yeah. All right, Baruchim Haba'im gentlemen. We are studying Parashat Beha'alotecha et ha-nerot. Our parashah, of course, begins with God telling Moshe to tell Aaron Beha'alotecha et ha-nerot, the obligation to light the menorah. The our Daf Yomi participants will start off with a chiddush that she says there was actually a um steps. was actually a um steps. Three steps that Aaron had to climb up in order to light the menorah. Beha'alotecha, when you shall go up. So, it says he walked up three steps and lit the menorah. The Bafashim explain the chadar, why should Aaron need steps? Aaron was a tall man. Certainly was able to reach the menorah. But, we learned this week that Aaron used to wear a seat around his forehead. And the halacha says that one is not allowed to raise his hands above the seat cuz the seat has on it the Shem's seat cuz the seat has on it the Shem's name. So, therefore, without a step, he'd have to lift his hands above the seat. So, the steps were in order that he'd be above the menorah in order that he should be lighting down. So, that takes care of that halachic issue. Hence, the steps was not in order for him to reach it, but was in order for him to actually reach down in order to respect the seat that was on his forehead. Uh the menorah, of course, was lit by Aaron. The Torah juxtaposes this commandment to the end of last this commandment to the end of last week's parashah where we learned about the korbanot of the 12 Nesi'im. The Ramban or the Midrash asks the question, what's the connection between the korbanot of the Nesi'im and uh Aaron lighting the menorah?
