okay welcome back everybody this is a going to be the continuation of last week's phenomenal discourse we learning over here in sh um the class is called f the the final battle within and without really cool um last week we were learning all about um he he presents the idea this is the theme this week is p this week is which is the theme of The Liberation of the alterb also the liberation of the previous of the MB second Reb and the first both of them nine 10 days apart have their Liberation day they were both in in um arrested and in Russian prison Russian zaris prisons um and this was all spiritual really even though it manifested with physical accusations in the end they were both redeemed 25 20 something five years apart and um the maybe 28 years I remember exactly the dates and um both of them were redeemed while saying the special verse I was redeemed In Peace So this M from the M this is from the second explains what is the what does King David mean when he says I was redeemed in peace so he's going to explain his levels of redemption he's talking about the internal battle because there is an internal conflict that goes on between our trer deeper selves our Godly selves that wants to express itself in our lives was sent down by God to express itself and we should live Godly lives but then there is a a a a um external superficial Unholy self that uh that wants to assert itself and take over our lives that although we have spiritual Godly Souls we should live mundane Godless um um existence that is completely that is completely
