Stress is certainly extremely negative but uh what people don't necessarily know is that even physiologically there's all kinds of impact talking about hypertension talking about digestion irritable bowel syndrome muscle tightness headaches backaches all kinds of things that come from from carrying stress extendedly. What is important is to the extent that people share my experience of yeshiva being the or a formative part uh time in their life what we call interject it we carry life what we call interject it we carry it inside of us you know in our core values and perspectives and all that and so if we've developed associations of you know Torah with stress from yeshiva and that's still what comes up for us after work I'm going going to learn that has to be checked and uh and and rethought with OCD really needs to be a Rob involved who gives you clear guidelines because OCD kicks in very strongly when there's room for doubt and when it comes there's room for doubt and when it comes to cleaning for pesak it's like the ultimate shalom and welcome to Stark Tank.
