Shalom Aleichem. Welcome to the Breslov weekly Parshah shiur. This week is Mishpatim. Mishpatim carries with it civil law. Almost all the laws of Mishpatim, almost all, are financial laws - how to treat people, a sick person, a healthy person, if you have a servant, what to do if you entrust some of your monies or objects to other people. In other words, go and help unpack the mule. Take off all the packages or crates, whatever it is that it's carrying, let it rest, and then put it back together again. Help the owner of the mule to repack and pack the donkey, the mule, so that it can continue its journey. We're not talking about today's cars, we're talking about animals, mules. So Reb Noson says, amazing: Ki sireh chamor sona'acho - If you see the mule of an enemy. He says, you're not allowed to hate anybody. What do you mean ‘an enemy’? And he explains that the enemy is someone who committed sins. Him, you're allowed to turn away. Him, you're allowed to turn away if he continuously does sins. Chamor is from the word ‘chomer’, or material - very material. He
