we're good okay so we are continuing in our daily study is um we're going to be adding one book today which is called on the same city of the synagogue then we'll continue an argument after him we're going to add a third daily book on and the focus on our on our group that we're putting together here in Surfside is kedusha that's our Focus so we're focused on kids so we started with with to say not what not to say uh we're gonna go to kidushak of what to look at and and there's a whole book uh I have two books that we're going to be reading from like a page a day on each one uh what's interesting is is I um let's bring the Ariel and uh I told them that the book actually has tactics you know everyone says okay watch your eyes okay that alone is not in and of itself any advice she's telling me that what you need to do this book is actually tactics I read the first few pages it gave a very good tactic I tried it it works and so from there I understood that the book has a of how to succeed at this and it's a uh it's a desire that exists in males um it's a normal desire I shouldn't create it but if I've also created the ability to control it and so we're going to focus on how best to control it
