begin with a question. The holiday of Pesak is the oldest and longest continuously observed major holiday in the world. No other event in world history has been commemorated for anywhere near 3500 years. Pesak is also without a question the most famous Jewish holiday in the world. Pew research found that only 23% of Jews go to Yumkipper services, but close to 70% of Jews go to Pesakarim. More irreligious Jews know about Pesak and celebrate it than any other holiday by far. You find a Jew in a high school in the middle of Alabama and you ask him the middle of Alabama and you ask him what Pesak is, he'll know all about it. He won't know what a lulanastric is. He's never heard of Shabu. But Pes knows about Jews from all over the world. Even if they have nothing to do with Judaism, even if they are actively distancing themselves from Judaism, show up at a Pesak seder. The largest pesos theater in the world takes place in Kathmandu, Nepal, attended by over a thousand people with over a thousand pounds of matzah. These are people who are actively looking to leave Judaism and explore Hinduism or Buddhism. And yet they show up to the seder. Which leads me to a question.
