0:00 When you open the Book of Tehillim, you see what King David contends with, with so many enemies, with so many wars. He was not afraid of anything. He had no fear at all. We see that in Egypt too, when the Jewish people were in Egypt, there were some who already said, "Well, here it is, we have no salvation." But there are always those people who can always be stronger and braver, and they have more hope, who believe that one can go from one extreme to its opposite.

0:33 Emunah - its meaning is that when one sees that reason, reality, no longer allows it, there is no more hope - there is where emunah begins. From here the gates begin to open. From here, when one begins to understand that the impossible can be possible. Everything is possible with Hashem, blessed be He, and truly in the blink of an eye, by the power of Hashem, His might and His strength, and we must be full of hope and strength and courage of heart, and not be afraid of anything in the world, and be united and be brave, trusting in Hashem, blessed be He, not fearing and not dismayed and not afraid of anything in the world, only of Hashem, blessed be He, the G-d of Israel, lifting the eyes to Heaven, asking for His mercy and praying before Him.

1:28 There is no better counsel than prayer. Hashem, blessed be He, wants everyone to pray to Him, from the small to the great. that they lift their eyes to Heaven and each one ask simply, even in his own words, even the farthest of the far, even the poorest of the poor, even a person who is very far from emunah, and very far from Him, blessed be He. Just a small, silent prayer, with a look to Heaven.

1:54 Please, Hashem, blessed be He, G-d of Israel. "Hashem of Hosts is with us; the G-d of Yaakov is a stronghold for us, Selah." "Hashem of Hosts, fortunate is the man who trusts in You. Hashem, save; may the King answer us on the day we call" - to ask for the help of the Creator, blessed be He; and the power and might and strength of Hashem are without measure. To think that Hashem is only above - that is not the way.

2:20 The way is that we say, "The whole earth is full of His glory" - meaning, He is here, He is right here, He is with us, He hears us, He understands us. He sees us, He knows us. Our connection to Him must be so strong, without fear and without dread. One must not be broken by anything, and not be afraid, for fear is the father of fathers of impurity.

2:45 Not to be afraid of anything in the world. To be strong, strong within the heart - strong, strong, strong. Let there be courage of heart. Not to be afraid of anything. Strengthen everyone, strengthen each and every one. We will be strong, and Hashem, blessed be He, is with us, and we will get through this. We will be strong and we will be brave, and Hashem, blessed be He, is with us and among us and will not forsake us, forever and ever. And I pray that we pray to Hashem, blessed be He, that He save us.
