my name is johannesson alprin and i'd like to discuss the topic of speech and the enormous versatility of speech we can say between an oasis and a sewer let me explain sometimes you can find in speech that it's almost like a curse it can be devastating it can be a whale of pain i remember once going to a funeral of a young child who had died and i remember i can still hear the parent crying out over the grave of the child the whale of anxiety and and mourning it was it was devastating to listen to i remember once a girl who i taught many years ago called me out from america from flatbush and she had become a color she'd become a bride in the last few days and by chance she was on the street in flatbush and the woman asked her for some money and she didn't have any money for charity and the woman turned around and gave her an awful curse you'll never get married you'll never have children and she was devastated she called me up i explained to her that there was there's nothing in it don't be worried don't be concerned but of course she was terrified words there's an expression in in ghazal which the rabbis tell us death and life is in the hands of words that we say let's take the other side you can find something magnificent someone turns around to you and says i love you or if one is going out and expecting to receive a proposal and he turns around and says will you marry me those are magnificent words which uh of course a person would be delighted to hear the the range is enormous it's a little bit like you perhaps can say money money can be a most dangerous curse
