okay chef walzog welcome back everybody we're continuing our journey our seminar into the cutting more on lesson 66 using the abridged lakota I will admit this lesson is very deep a bit difficult but so powerful and so useful again just to stress the indica a bit of a summary but to know where we're getting to the but to know where we're getting to the goal of this lesson is to bring from potential to actual to bring you to who you really are but in order to bring you to who you really are you need a level of awareness of truth of the reality of you and your situation you need to be somehow exposed to the truth so that you recognize that your present situation and accepting your status quo or if you and accepting your status quo or if you want to say knowing the reality versus your difficulty in existence in other words feeling in galoot in exile feeling depressed feeling empty and useless and meaningless a dosage of truth is needed to wake up a person and when this dosage of truth shines to a person he can now take the measures to get out to break take the measures to get out to break free and to become who he really is or to realize the goals that he set the honest and sincere and pure goals that all he has now or that he once had and he lost them over time due to the difficulties in the struggles of life which basically is an odd mixture of truth and falsehood all of the difficulties we encounter in life is because of the admixture of the truth
