so we're on a journey a journey called and we defined to f as speaking to God communicating with God I worked out this morning it's obvious though but communicate is commune to commune means to become one to become together communicate to bring ourselves together we said the best way to create an intimate relationship with someone is to speak to them that's how you create intimate relationship so you have to speak to God and then in that way you reach the purpose of life which is actually having a palpable sense of the Divine in your life if you speak to God the whole time then you start feeling that there's someone there by the way you can delude yourself if you speak to the invisible giraffe the you are in love with every day you will start feeling that there's an invisible giraffe because that's how it works once you really start communicating with something even if it doesn't exist you will start to experience and feel its existence you would just be delusional because there is no invisible giraffe we know for a fact that there is an infinite Divine conscious loving intelligent creator of the universe we can prove that with evidence scientific evidence and philosophical evidence so I know it's true and therefore when I communicate with it and therefore build this relationship with it I'm not deluding myself very important to understand that now your speech is immensely immensely important part of who you are in fact there are two main ways we know this from the Torah number one when God blew Adam's Soul into Adam through his nose by the way that's why we when we meditate we breathe through our nose to
