i want to read it to you when i read when i got it i just thought i would be uh it was extremely moving so drew who doesn't live here he listens online this mimer that you're teaching that i've listening to i have to tell you that it has opened up my eyes in a new way one of my children is older and he's struggling terribly with addiction and isolation and terrible terrible emotional struggles with himself and the world around him and i was dealing with him all these years it turns out in a way that just reflected my ignorance i basically knew nothing i was doing when he was growing up but i called myself a true and good father because that's what i believed was the right thing to do basically my entire model of education was based on internal isolation guilt fear and just instinctively controlling the situation i never turned inwards to ask myself where my reactions are coming from maybe it's the way i was brought up maybe i never felt real love i don't even know what love is i was financially responsible i was financially responsible but i did not know what it means to emotionally connect connect these classes have begun a very profound healing process for me simply opening myself up to my own inner pain and what it means to have a relationship with hashem i learned what bittle means i now talk to my son daily in a different way but it's very hard and complicated to say the least because it's like redoing a half a century of mistakes
