so good morning everyone good to see you all so let's start with the para this week this week's paraa is called yro yro depending on your pronunciation and it speaks about at least the first part of the para speaks about yro who was or Jethro as he's known in English who was moshe's father-in-law he was Moshe had buried um had fled Egypt in a couple weeks back uh and had gone to a land called midan and and had gone to a land called midan and over there he had met uh Jethro and his daughter Tor who mosha married they had two children together gon and elezar and um Moshe originally had brought her back with him to Egypt but then he sent her back home and now yro or yro was coming with his daughter Tiora moshe's wife and moshe's two sons to where they were camped in the desert um by Mount Si and so um by Mount Si and so um Moshe goes out to greet him he's very happy to see his father-in-law his wife his children um and then they have he makes a a dinner for them they they break bread together as we say that's the way the Torah says it um and then yro see watches Moshe as he is teaching the Torah to Israel and he sees all of the people and there are millions of them standing by Moshe he must have had a very very loud voice
