0:00 To a good and blessed year, Amen, [unclear] Hashem, for miracles and wonders, [unclear] Amen, for salvations, for blessings, Amen. that [unclear] the miracles and wonders for all the people of Israel, for sanctity, for holiness, [unclear], to feel [unclear] of Hashem, blessed be He.

0:36 Amen. that [unclear] the miracles and wonders for everyone. The matter of Avraham, [unclear] accustomed to eat [unclear] and it is written [unclear] But today many [unclear], because [unclear] did not mention this matter, and that they did not practice [it].

1:12 But today [unclear] of Israel gather and [unclear], and tzaddikim, who go to the mikvah and immerse, receive this holy and awesome day with [unclear], which is a day that is suited for renewal, and for life, and for [unclear], and for closeness to Hashem, blessed be He. This day, the symbol of trees, the [unclear] and [unclear] of trees, the new year of the trees, the beginning of the trees, which our Rabbi [unclear] writes, [unclear] that the holiness that is in the fruits of the Land of Israel, that a person who eats the fruits of the Land of Israel brings the holiness into his body, like Shabbos foods.

2:04 His whole body becomes sanctified only through eating the fruits of the Land of Israel, [unclear]. In [unclear] that we describe in Israel itself, not only do we receive its light and its freedom, and also [unclear], but also the eating of the good things is the merit of one who partakes of the fruits of the Land of Israel and merits to receive from the light of the Land of Israel and from the abundance of the Land of Israel. And specifically on this day, this day is the symbol of blessings.

2:34 For everyone who wants to be a chassid, and how so? To be a chassid, one must know this, Tractate Berachos, [unclear], page 34, side a. To be a chassid, the intention, and this was regarding the matters of blessings, Blessings are our connection to Hashem, blessed be He. When a person eats food and drinks, that is the very moment in which his vitality and his existence are from the physical side, that he eats and drinks.

3:09 But in truth he lives from the blessing of Hashem, blessed be He. He lives from the fact that he merited to bless Hashem, blessed be He. And he draws down the blessing also over this abundance [unclear], and all the worlds are blessed and all the abundances. He draws down this holiness and this blessing [unclear] his [unclear] and to [unclear] the Jewish people.

3:37 There was once an incident with the Holy Maggid in his [unclear], when a Jew came in to be blessed by him, [unclear] until he reached him, and he wanted to receive some salvation, the Holy Maggid took water, took a cup of water [unclear] and blessed 'shehakol nihyeh bidvaro.' And immediately when he said 'shehakol nihyeh bidvaro,' he said to him, 'Go, go in peace, for you have received your salvation, everything you need, everything you need.'

4:06 And in truth, [unclear] will not understand [unclear] for when you bless 'shehakol nihyeh bidvaro' and [unclear] So he said to him, if you believed with complete faith, when you bless 'shehakol nihyeh bidvaro' and you understand what the meaning of [unclear] is, then you yourself could, through your speech, bring about many, many salvations above nature, only through the faith that you believe in every blessing, [unclear] that they say 'shehakol nihyeh bidvaro,' [unclear] blessings How many salvations and how many miracles and how many wonders can be drawn through faith in G-d, [unclear] blessings For this reason the Sages [unclear], and in Tractate Berachos, page 34, page 34 [unclear], that a person may not benefit from this world without a blessing, apparently [unclear] from this world without a blessing is a misappropriation, on page 33, The Sages learn about the prohibition of a blessing that is not needed,

4:56 as [unclear] the Rambam, [unclear] Berachos [unclear], as it is written in [unclear] [unclear] page 7, on the prohibition of a person who makes a blessing that is not needed and he [unclear] the responsa on page 39 in Tosafos, and Nedarim, page 7, that the whole world trembles and quakes, and the whole world shudders at the mention of the great Name of Hashem, blessed be He. And therefore he writes in Sefer Chassidim, siman 842, that every time a person wants to bless over something, he must hold it in his hand so that he knows what he is blessing over.

5:32 Therefore one must [unclear] the food, the drink, [in] the right hand, [unclear], to understand what my blessing will apply to, to be very careful with blessings, to look at every blessing, to understand what I am about to bless. That a person should always have peace of mind that he did not [unclear] two blessings, because the blessing is the connection, the attachment to [unclear], and all of a person's life is from the blessing and not from the food.

5:58 And the moment he blesses with intent, he draws all these holy [unclear] to his [unclear] soul root, by bringing about awesome and wondrous rectifications in the upper worlds. He can rectify all kinds of reincarnations and all kinds of rectifications that may happen. Therefore [unclear] writes, siman 5, that one may not engage in anything at the time of the blessing, not to do any work, not to do anything. Rather, [one should] bless in complete and absolute nullification before Hashem, blessed be He.

6:26 He writes in Sefer HaMiddos, [unclear], that one who is not careful with blessings of enjoyment at first, in the end fears come upon him. He does not know what he is afraid of, because he was not careful with the blessings of [unclear] at first, in the end. He writes about Rabbi [unclear], that a person who [unclear] something and asks you, [unclear] to say a hundred blessings. So he writes that if a person does not say a hundred blessings each day, with intent, not only will they judge him for this, he can also be punished for those hundred blessings.

6:59 Therefore one must be careful that the main thing is not to say a hundred blessings each day, but the main thing is to be careful with the mention of His great Name and to be careful with holiness [unclear], when mentioning His great Name and the blessings of Hashem, blessed be He. In [unclear] the Arizal, page [unclear], the Arizal writes that all attainment of Divine inspiration and all attainments of levels depend on the blessings of enjoyment that a person says to Hashem, blessed be He, that a person blesses over food and drink, over every single thing.

7:30 All the holiness, all the influence, everything flows only from the care in the blessings of enjoyment. They break all the husks, all the [unclear] that a person has. He can still merit to attain awesome and wondrous rectifications, and so many [unclear] write [unclear] in the King's garden, that one can attain [unclear] of sin, and also [unclear], especially with care in answering amen and in blessings that a person hears from his fellow and truly intends, that he hears from him with intent, he [unclear] to intend with intent, he says 'Baruch Hu uvaruch Shemo' each time they hear the Name of Hashem, one must say [unclear], that there be air, so that a person can answer 'Baruch Hu uvaruch Shemo' on the mention of His great Name, that the world answer 'Baruch Hu uvaruch Shemo,' and may His great Name be blessed and exalted [unclear], blessed be He,

8:12 and so they act [unclear] and are proud of us in the whole world. [unclear], in chapter [unclear], it is written there, Rabbi Akiva, that just now Rabbi [unclear] writes that the fruits of the Land of Israel, especially in [unclear] Israel, they are like [unclear] for the eyes, this makes the eyes healthy, this is the sight of the eyes, this is the light and the vitality of the eyes, this is the light and the vitality of the person, only from this quality of the fruits of the Land of Israel.

8:39 Rabbi [unclear] writes about the value of the [unclear] of the Land of Israel, also [unclear] that the requirement of the fruits is that in the Land of Israel one can [unclear] all the seven species. Anywhere in the world it is impossible to plant seven species, only in the Land of Israel can there be seven species, and all the fruits and everything in the world can be planted in the Land of Israel. Its climate absorbs everything, but outside the Land it is impossible to plant the seven species together. They cannot [unclear] seven species, only in the Land of Israel.

9:07 This is a great and very awesome wonder, to understand about the holiness of [unclear] and about the nature of the Land of Israel. And one must contemplate a very important thing, which I always say. We are always [unclear], and in everything one must learn the connection and the attachment to the Name. The moment we mention the spoken Name of Hashem, at that very moment, it is a very, very awesome feeling that is revealed in this world. When a person mentions the Name, he can come very close to Him at that moment.

9:36 And one must always [unclear] in thought and in holiness, when a person mentions His great Name, to intend and to advance [unclear]. Master of all, the One Who loves and [unclear], the Master of ability, the Master of all powers, And as we explained, he only [unclear] a little to the work and to understand what he is standing before and blessing. And this contemplation that a person puts into his mind, into his thoughts, he thinks like this and he contemplates, this brings him close to the Name and gives him renewal. You know that renewal is something the world lacks very much.

10:08 The world is always tired and [unclear] and distancing like this [unclear]. But renewal, the strength and the hope, and therefore [unclear] Tu BiShvat to show the renewal, the strength of the trees, the counting of their Rosh Hashanah, what can [unclear] before Tu BiShvat, what can [unclear] before Tu BiShvat, to teach us, we can [unclear] to this and always see everything, take from it the way to [unclear] light before Hashem, blessed be He, that one can [unclear] from all the habits and from all the difficult things, that we also see a person who does not manage to keep everything he has, both in holiness, both [unclear] from Hashem, blessed be He, both with a person who has unhealthy [unclear] and unhealthy [unclear], who is accustomed to anger, who is accustomed to bad character traits, or who is accustomed, Heaven forbid, to things that are not [unclear] health,

11:01 who eats unhealthy foods, and who is accustomed to smoke [unclear] things, and these things harm his soul and his body, and he wants to distance himself from this and he wants to learn about this. And one can contemplate precisely, to see this renewal, that one can always renew and come out of everything, and the most important thing is the power of renewal. The power that [unclear] renews, the power that a person [unclear] that a person too can renew, and he must know and believe that with his strength, and Hashem is with him, he can come out of everything.

11:34 He can always be full of hope, He can, Heaven forbid, never fall into despair and [unclear], to think that he has no hope and that he can always stay where he is, Heaven forbid. One can go from one extreme to the other, and [unclear] it is a light moment. One can come out of everything, and one may not lose hope, Heaven forbid. On Tu BiShvat we discover the strength and the hope and the light that one can receive and shine into the world.

12:03 We discover the light that is in all of our parts and in our hope, that we discover about the holiness of the Land of Israel, which is the fruit of the Land of Israel, which is our eating before Hashem, blessed be He. And the more they contemplate and come close to Hashem, blessed be He, one can see and understand how much strength and hope Hashem, blessed be He, gives us in every generation, and through true tzaddikim and sages whom He sends us so that [unclear] to Him [unclear].

12:34 And all the merit and all the path and all that a person says in this world, is only so that he never loses the power of his hope and his desire. Because a person, throughout his time in this world, goes through many [unclear] and many difficulties. [unclear] many challenges. He does not know right from left, he goes through all kinds of [unclear] and thoughts. He is exactly like these fruits that are on the tree, afterwards [unclear] comes, a great [unclear] and takes it down from the tree, and suddenly it is torn off, and suddenly no one [unclear] it, and suddenly it is alone and tossed about, and it does not know what to do in the world.

13:13 And so it is with a person, [unclear], and sometimes a sun comes, [unclear], and passes him like this, and he has [unclear] to know, and sometimes he has a great hidden wind, and all the branches shake, and the leaves, the fruits fall, and he feels that he is alone, and they call him fruits, and he has no leaves, and he is lonely. And suddenly summer comes again, again the [unclear] comes, again flowers bloom from heart to heart, and Nissan, and everyone is happy. And so we see how Hashem, blessed be He, hints to us about everything, how one can learn to come close to Hashem, blessed be He, from every time, and on Tu BiShvat we receive the power of renewal, this power of hope, that one can go from one extreme to the other,

13:52 and there is hope for everything. There is hope for [unclear], and one can come out like everything in the world, and one may not be broken by anything, not a sick person and not a person who has strength to get out of something, and not a person who will say to himself 'I do not eat healthy, and my body is already not good like this, and the work [unclear] stresses him,' and he is afraid and does not know what to do. You too can come out of everything, only through the power of hope. Believe and win and know that Hashem, blessed be He, is with you, and you have great hope to come out of everything.

14:29 Everything is possible with Hashem, blessed be He. And then a person contemplates and sees how he has the strength, he receives wonderful lights and vessels to really get out of every mud and every darkness, and he succeeds in rising. But what one must always remember, always remember, always, always remember, that in order to get out of every darkness one must lift the head upward and receive the power of hope, and when he is down, one must always listen to all the true sages and all the generations, to listen about them, and what the Torah tells us, what the sages tell us. [unclear] and not a blessing, and the whole matter [unclear] go to a sage, because when one goes to a sage, and go to a sage, the main thing [unclear] blessings, and [unclear] with me several times,

15:20 that only when one goes to true sages, and the main thing, one receives the blessings the [unclear] and the good influences in order to receive the way of Hashem and the light of Hashem. In order that after all the channels of abundance [unclear], the channels of abundance and [unclear] come out of despair, from sadness until [unclear] it is chosen. But a person who has hope is happy, he always knows that one can get out of anything, no matter what, one can get out of everything.

15:49 There is hope for [unclear]. Hisbodedus in this thought is what can bring each one of us to eternal life, to cleaving to Hashem, blessed be He, to joy, [unclear], to cleaving to Hashem, blessed be He, to joy, to life, to blessings, in joy, [unclear], in cleaving, [unclear] that we all have, and hope. Amen. Amen. [unclear] always, always, always. Amen. Always with joy. Amen. No one will be broken. Amen.

16:19 I know that right now it is a very terrible [unclear] period, Many [unclear] of Israel are captives, and some are captives, some sit in hospitals, and some are in the army, and some are [unclear], and some are in fear, and in terror, and in [unclear], and in turmoil, and some are bereaved, [unclear] widows, in the newspapers, and it is hard to speak about them, and I hear very difficult cases, and I must [unclear] that they come and tell [unclear] it takes a lot of strength of soul and I pray to Hashem that He give me the strength it is very, very hard that we so do not understand today how much one needs to [unclear], how much one needs to be one and to understand the Jewish people, to understand one another and to be gracious to one another and [unclear] one another,

17:15 But one must always remember, everyone, everyone, when we are here in this world, that there is a small voice that calls to each one of us, that there is [unclear] for your unity, one must always [unclear] that there is always hope, and one can come out of everything, [unclear] what He will give, what He, and there will be good life, and everything [unclear], that we always be full of hope, and not be broken [unclear], Amen, Amen, to be strong in joy and in strength and in hope, May Hashem, blessed be He, strengthen, and [unclear] and hope for all the Jewish people, that all the good [unclear], [unclear], Amen. Amen. We will make use of the blessings with intent, we will make use of the blessings, and the blessings [unclear], and [unclear] Hashem, that there be joy and [unclear] for rectification,

18:04 and that there be elevation and wondrous rectifications for all of us, that there be [unclear], to bless with intent, to answer amen with intent, to intend, each one with as much intent as possible, that great [unclear] be drawn, [unclear]. Amen! I want to leave [unclear], [unclear] why it is like this from the wheat, how much is the [unclear] inclination, how much is with them, therefore the wheat can bring a sacrifice [unclear] to parents.

18:31 in order to cool the [unclear] inclination, usually like this, that is to say, to cool the inclination. Yes, that perhaps cools the wheat. wheat not [unclear], therefore one can go out and write, but this [unclear], and therefore [unclear] that mercy will be aroused before Hashem and to bring close the heat and the fire of the flame of ... that has no benefit, to [unclear] every time and from every time and from every time, Amen. Amen. Amen.

19:13 When a person will not be [unclear], also [unclear] that stands on a page [unclear], when [unclear] in peace [unclear] a donkey [unclear], [unclear] once like a donkey [unclear], who eats [unclear]. How do they recognize him on Purim? and [unclear] from the animals, may it be for everyone, and I think that [unclear], always to your table. Yerushalmi, Kilayim, chapter 7, says, [unclear]?

19:39 Grafting and [unclear] is forbidden [unclear] entirely. So too in [unclear], that they not [unclear] to another nation. And may they all have, may everyone have abundance, Amen, Amen. [unclear], [unclear] who will listen to them in our [unclear]. Amen. Amen. ... These grapes are a symbol of grapes.

20:17 From grapes comes wine. See what the vine looks like, what a grape it has. It has no big branches and trees. It sits and [unclear] all the time. [unclear] and the main thing and the importance. Rabbi Shimon says, in the Torah portion Mishpatim, and specifically [unclear], you work on the [unclear] and the humility that are in these grapes. We say that we below are likened to grapes, the Jewish people.

20:46 We have no [unclear] with another nation, with anyone. We have [unclear] and a person here must be [unclear] in a new grape. like these vines, that go through, and how much importance these grapes have? That is how much importance the Jewish people have. This will come here, this will come in the continuation of the person, for renewal. [unclear] things said about wine. And all the [unclear] and holiness of a person, the healthy, and the wedding, and the joy, and [unclear], everything is in wine, everything more, and what trees, which [unclear] how many trees [unclear] like trees.

21:18 [unclear] very important trees, very tropical, special trees, but these vines, you know, this is youth. How? [unclear] our G-d, King of the universe, [unclear] A beautiful thing in Midrash Rabbah, [unclear], chapter 42, it is written about the figs that all the fruits are gathered they take them all at once, they take all the grapes.

22:27 Pomegranate, they take [unclear] at once, several. Dates, they take several. Grapes, they take several together. But figs, are gathered one by one. And therefore the fig is likened to words of Torah. And in Tractate [unclear], page 54, Therefore [unclear], because when you feel the branches, figs, but so too words of Torah. The more you feel them and learn them, you find more taste in them.

22:52 Therefore he understands the importance of [unclear] [unclear], he says a beautiful novel idea, I once saw, in the name of Rav Yisrael [unclear], [unclear] Avraham Yehoshua [unclear]. He says a beautiful explanation, one can also add this to the [unclear] on the matters. who says, 'Let a little water be taken, and [unclear] your [unclear], and they will ask [unclear] the city,' where Avraham heard the angels. So he says a beautiful novel idea, he says, 'Let a little water be taken,' this is what the Torah says, [unclear] ... the verse ... the words of G-d in heaven and you go up you know this verse, you studied it many times, you know it, 'Let a little water be taken,' so a little of the words of Torah 'and wash your feet,' take out all your habits, when you think you already know the Torah and you have learned this tractate several times, start from the Torah

23:41 and then it will be seen that [unclear] to you the tree, which tree [unclear] the life, you will merit to come close to Hashem with [unclear]. When you take a little of the words of Torah and say, I do not know it, I am now learning anew. as if a new [unclear] is starting, [unclear] Which tree? The Tree of Life. Now, what is new? that they are renewed through them. It is not so new, that you also feel that you are being renewed through words of Torah.

24:11 May it be His will that we [unclear] and a fig, eat its fruit. I also want to say to you [unclear] of pruning, that, baruch Hashem, [unclear], make sure to eat healthy, very, very important. Make sure to eat healthy. Sometimes you want something sweet, instead of going for sugar, go for fruit. You can take [unclear], [unclear], eat an apple.

24:39 Make sure to eat healthy things, healthy things have very great importance, which is very, very connected to [unclear] health, very, very connected to eating [unclear] things and [unclear] what Hashem, blessed be He, said [unclear], [unclear] fruits and vegetables, things that have [unclear] and to distance less, not to get close to processed food. A person can [unclear] once a week, twice a week, [unclear], but not every single day, all processed food.

25:11 Take care to eat healthy, this is very important. Day by day it is healthy for the brain, healthy for the body, [unclear] healthy, drink a lot of water, less juices, to connect to Hashem's creation, that all [unclear] eat fruits, connects to this cleanliness of creation. can eat a lot of sugars and things that they like to eat, eat healthy, and also eat unhealthy, [unclear] unhealthy, but not every day, not all the time, not day after day after day.

25:36 That the responsibility of a person not be from the unhealthy, that the responsibility of a person be from the healthy, from the creation of Hashem. Then there can be real fruits and not dried ones, one needs fruits with vitality. Even the [unclear] among them are full of mitzvos like a pomegranate. All of them are full of mitzvos in terms of [unclear]. All of them. In [unclear], page 40, it is written that they would roast the Pesach offering on a spit of pomegranate wood.

26:05 Why? Because all the trees, if one cuts into them, water oozes from them. But the pomegranate is dry. because if there is fire inside the pomegranate it is also cooked. But one can learn from this something, even for those who are far away, even if you see a pomegranate tree whose wood is dry, it is so far away, that it is dry, there is not a drop of moisture of holiness in it, a drop of water of holiness, remember, and even [one] so far that he is dry, and there is no vitality in him.

26:40 this one can learn from [unclear]. Can one already see [unclear]? Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai wrote in the Zohar, Parashas Acharei Mos, page [unclear].

27:07 Something astonishing, look what he writes, [unclear] the Holy One, blessed be He, is [unclear] to everyone, the Holy One, blessed be He, heals everyone, so too the apple has [unclear] to everyone, so the [unclear] is a remedy for everything. See how Rabbi Shimon [unclear] in the Zohar that apples are a remedy for everything, this is also why they [unclear] apples. for everyone, salvations, salvations, healing for everyone.

27:42 [unclear] for everyone, hope, we will distribute hope to everyone. [unclear] for everyone. [unclear] a little of the etrog, a drop, a drop, a little. This etrog, that the etrog, it has [unclear] virtues and levels.

28:14 Our Rabbi, the author of [unclear], writes, [unclear] in an ancient book, that the etrog grows with its roots in the tree, the roots of the etrog tree grow into the ground in the form of the Name Havaya, under the ground, so he writes, in the name of an ancient book, that under the ground the etrog grows in the form of the Name Havaya, blessed be He.

28:45 the letters of the Name Havaya, truly in the roots of the tree, under the ground, this is how it grows. And therefore [unclear], no, Rabbeinu Avraham writes, He writes that everything in creation receives from the aspect of male and female, male and female. and [unclear], everything receives from the aspect of male and from the aspect of female. How does he write? Male and female [unclear].

29:10 And most of the fruits of the tree are [unclear] from the male side, they have pride, the fruits of the tree, they receive from [unclear], one who is [unclear] receives from [unclear], but an etrog receives as a female, it receives from the waters that flow, there are rainwaters that descend that are male of giving and there are rains of receiving, but these waters that flow to the etrog, it also receives from [unclear], the etrog receives from the female, therefore this is a great influence, the etrog itself gives influence, it does not receive, it gives influence, therefore it has influences, How?

29:42 It gives, it does not [unclear]. Therefore one who sees an etrog [unclear] his dream [unclear], [unclear] therefore they use an etrog [unclear] I have a lot of [unclear]. [unclear] ... not once. Certainly. Good, may it be here.

30:10 may it be here. Thank you very much. You're welcome. [unclear] the strength, the [unclear], the wine, all the drinks, that wine is pleasant to a person who [unclear], so words of Torah are pleasant before Hashem, blessed be He, because they learn Torah, there is pleasantness, and there is joy, and so Hashem, blessed be He, and in His heavens there will be Torah.

31:23 May it be His will that [unclear], and with this wine there will be abundance [unclear]. Amen! Abundance [unclear]. Amen! Blessing and [unclear]. Blessings [unclear], all the time [unclear]. Amen! Amen! ... [unclear]! Life! Amen! Amen! ...
