Hey there, and welcome to the first episode of the whole picture podcast. I'm excited to be here. The goal of this podcast is to bring awareness back to the world on how to live our best lives, and for us to have a clear sight of the vision of humanity. In this podcast, we'll be exploring topics ranging from health to business, spirituality to religion, and anything that will give us the understanding of what our mission is in this world. For my first episode, I'll be joined by Rabbi Moshe Chaim Eid, renowned for his wisdom and rabbinic knowledge. Rabbi Eid believes he holds the keys on how to navigate our spiritual existence in this world. In this episode, we discuss how to go about health and nutrition, what exactly is a soul, and what is the end goal for humanity. I hope you enjoy. What do you think most people miss when they get into the conversation about what it means to be healthy? I think health is all about balance. I think the world doesn't see it in a balanced perspective, and we want to change that. That we're physical people, we're emotional people, we're psychological people, we're spiritual people. So, it can't be that I'm working on my physicality, and I'm getting all ripped, and all of a sudden my spirituality is getting put to the wayside. But, it also can't be that my spirituality, I'm working, and I'm growing, and I'm thinking about lofty things, but I'm not thinking about my taking care of my body, my balance.
