never heard before. But, "Tiyera he velo may danu tzorech." The mitzvah of Sefirat HaOmer is to me the easiest mitzvah. It's counting. You know, all you have to do is count the numbers, you know. It's "Rotzeh Hashem Yisbaruch es Yisrael b'chol heim Torah u'Mitzvos." Hashem gave us a mitzvah. All we need to do is count. 1 2 3 4. And then once you get seven and beyond, okay, it gets a little bit more complicated, but bottom line is it is the easiest mitzvah to perform. However, if you look in the siddur surrounding the mitzvah of Sefirat HaOmer are various prayers. And if you learn one thing today it's that something just because something appears in the siddur, it has no bearing on whether you should say it or not. Something an appearance in a siddur has no bearing on whether it should be said or it can be said. You follow poskim. You follow gedolei Yisrael. You don't necessarily follow the printers who publish the siddurim. So, the first prayer that we're going to examine is the prayer that comes immediately after the midst of Sefirah, and that is we say, "HaRachaman hu yachzir lanu avodas Beis HaMikdash b'meheira b'yameinu." Right? Now, that's interesting. We don't say that when we do other mitzvahs. After we eat matzah, we don't say "HaRachaman hu yachzir lanu avodas Beis HaMikdash." After after we blow shofar, we don't say "HaRachaman." After we put on tefillin, after we put on tallis, we don't say "HaRachaman."
