In regards to the Shabbos before Rosh Hashanah, it's known the vort of the Alter Rebbe that he heard it from the Maggid in the name of the Baal Shem Tov that the Chodesh Elul, the seventh month referring to Tishrei, Hakadosh Baruch Hu himself, Hashem himself, blesses it in Shabbos Mevorchim, which is the very last Shabbos of Chodesh Elul. And with this koach, with this strength, Yidden bench, Yidden bless all of the other months 11 times a year. What is the bracha of Hashem in this Shabbos Mevorchim of Chodesh Tishrei? As the Baal Shem Tov continues, the possuk says, "Atem Nitzavim Hayom, you are all standing today." The word Hayom is a reference to Rosh Hashanah, the day of judgement. As the possuk says "Vayehi Hayom", a possuk in Iyov, where the Targum over there translates the Hayom refers to the Yom Din Rabbah, the day of great judgement. So therefore, Hayom is a reference to Rosh Hashanah. So Atem Nitzavim means you are standing Kayomim L'Olamim, you you're enduring, you're standing, which means you are Zocheh, you are meritorious in judgement. And on the Shabbos before Rosh Hashanah, which is the last Shabbos of Chodesh Elul, we read Parshas Atem Nitzavim, which this is the bracha of Hashem, etc. From the Diuk Halashon, from the specific wording that we that it says over here, that we read the Parsha of Atem Nitzavim, and that's the bracha of Hashem. It doesn't say that we read Atem Nitzavim Atem Nitzavim Hayom. As earlier on in this Torah, in this saying, where it explains that Nitzavim Hayom means you're standing strong and you're meritorious but didn't. But we're not only saying we read Atem Nitzavim Hayom, we say we read Parshas Atem Nitzavim. This tells us that the bracha of Hashem
