hello today we continue looking at the six constant mixes and learning what they are as we have said these are six mitzvahs that we are meant to be doing all the time they are meditational mitzvahs which means that that we think about them we get deeper into understanding them and we bring them from our minds into our hearts so that we feel them emotionally as well as understanding them into intellectually so these are six myths of vote that really are creating a space around us a mitzvah each one being a mitzvah that we live in and these six as we've spoken about construct [Music] facial aspect so we've spoken about four already today we're up to day five so the first mitzvah is i'm the lord your god who took you out of the land of egypt we spoke about keeping this above us that we know that god is always with us and god is taking us up out of egypt which means out of constraints which are outer constraints or inner constraints constraints that are coming from what's going on in our environment or constraints that people are feeling on the inside themselves the second one which we consider to be below us like on the we have above like on the ceiling or below like on the floor you shall have no other gods before me the third mitzvah is shamai israel hashem that in front of us we keep this in front of us that god is one and ultimately that all there is is god everything that comes to us from before us
