Okay, so first of all, thank you to this class so much. I got the wonderful card and generous gift in honor of Tybel, my daughter, my first child, uh her her wedding, which was uh just Monday night. Yeah, Monday night, yeah. Yeah, in Crown Heights, Baruch Hashem, at 770. So, thank you for thinking of us and participating. Um and that's why we didn't have class on a regular Monday. But, we will get back on track with Hashem's help next week, and we'll get this class back on to Mondays. Also, we want to mention Hashgacha Protis. Normally, the class is Monday, but because of the wedding, it got pushed to Thursday, but Hashem always has a plan. Today, literally today today, the fourth day of Hanukkah, is which is Chof Ches Kislev, is the 16th Yahrtzeit of Sara Yuta Leah Shalom bas Ephraim, Menachem Mendel the Dina Shtehyo. And um all of our learning today should be an aliya for the neshama. Okay. We are continuing a theme that we started in chapter 29. If you remember, chapter 29 sort of took on a very harsh tone because it was addressing a very serious uh dangerous condition that we call Timtum Halev. A clogging of the heart. Not physically clogging like cholesterol, but um emotional clogging, where the heart is closed off to feeling inspired for Hashem. And we said the only way to remove it is to smash it away, get rid of it. Um so in chapter 29, we outlined this program for can I say self-humiliation?
