And uh the first thing is that one should position his head in a humble way not to raise it in arrogance but to look down and uh in humility. So even the positioning of the head is reflective of there is no more tolerant or humble being than which is aim and nothing stops Hashem from being mive. So the mid of also nothing should stop us from looking down and being mive. The second one is uh emulating hashemah to be similar to the makshava of keser. [snorts] Uh just like the makshava of is always thinking is toy voice and no rah enters it. So too, a person always uh his thoughts should always be um involved in [snorts] Tyra and doing good to others. So one's thoughts should emulate kesser. The third aspect was your mitakah your forehead that uh you want to appease you want to influence to calm people down to bring people to uh rats and by being by being pleasant you'll be able to influence them to be [snorts]
