Good evening. Tonight's class is dedicated in honor of the engagement of Dvorah Leah Kirshenbaum from Crown Heights, Brooklyn, New York to Esther New from Montreal by David and Ida Shatenstein. Mazel tov. Mazel tov. So, they tell the story about this Jewish couple celebrating their 50th anniversary. And during the anniversary feast people see that this couple is simply flying high. The joy, the ecstasy is extraordinary. And somebody asks her, he says, "Tell us what was the secret of experiencing such a happy and whole marriage?" And the woman responds, "I'll tell you," she says, "50 years ago when we got married I made a stipulation with my husband. I told him this is how our marriage will work. All of the big decisions in life you make you decide them on your own. You do not even have to run them by me. Your decision shall be followed. No ifs, buts, whys, whens. All the small decisions in life I will make on my own and I will not run them by you at all. Great. What else does a Jewish husband have to hear but the fact that all of the big decisions in life remain in his domain exclusively. And thus we have a great marriage. So, the person asks her, "Explain to me what did What is the meaning of this stipulation? What are the big decisions? What are the small decisions?"
