Tractate Pesachim, Chapter 10, Mishnah 4, says the Mishnah: Pour him a second cup. Here the son asks his father, and if the son does not know, his father teaches him what has changed. This night is different from all the nights. On all the nights we eat leaven and matzah. This night is all found. On all the nights we eat other vegetables. This night is bitter. On all the nights we eat roasted meat, boiled and stewed. This night is all roasted. On all the nights we dip once. This night is twice. According to the night is all roasted. In fact, this first cup, the second cup is already poured. In fact, this second cup is what we pour. And when we cover it, then we cover the matzah. And when it is on the table, the matzah is rolled up.
