So, first of all, before we start, I just want to remind you all that tonight and tomorrow is the 18th day of the month of Elul. It's called Chai Elul. Chai Elul is the uh birthday of the Baal Shem Tov and the birthday of the Baal HaTanya and also the Hilula, the Yahrzeit of the Maharal from Prague. Very powerful day and I will explain by the end of the class one thing that we're going to do from the 18th of Elul. But I'll wait to get uh the most of the viewers on the call and then we'll we'll cover that. So before I start, till people join and log in, let's do a quick recap that we are learning from the book of Shaarei Teshuvah, the Gates of Teshuvah by Rabbeinu Yonah and we are following the first 20 steps, the 20 principles of Teshuvah according to Rabbeinu Yonah. Which he says that the first one is remorse and regret. We explained that thoroughly. Once you reach to a level of remorse and regret, you can leave the sin by knowing that you don't want to do it anymore, by understanding why you want to leave the sin, so it's easier to leave the sin.
