[Music] good morning R not as good as last night but very good very good thanks for having me again we're at the bsky home um typical fashion I have a flight pretty soon unpacked the whole thing so if we have to stop in Middle we'll have to stop um because of that we're not going to do a whole lot of emails just one good morning rebell this email has been on my mind this email has been on my mind for the longest time and I finally push myself to write it I'm not gonna mention his name even though he put his name in there I'm just gonna take out his name he's a a very good friend of MD big part of MD comes every day to the m of people WR and saying how they started learning for the first time in a long time and many similar scenarios then they go on to say how they the D has changed their lives from A to Z in a very positive way I just wanted to put out a disclaimer that it also works in the opposite way been learning with you since the beginning of bras and being a part of such and learning day in say and day out has really changed my life in majority in a majorly positive way unfortunately this past summer I fell off the bandwagon after came back on after the summer for a bit with the outbreak of the war certain opportunity that arose from that and you leaving the country have really fallen off so and so two oh and so too
