Somebody once gave this beautiful introduction to Reb David Cohen and he got up and he was visibly moved and he said, "I just wish my parents could have been here to hear that. My father would have enjoyed it and my mother would have believed it." So, uh what a pleasure. I have to admit this is my first time that I am speaking in the Lower East Side. This is the first time I'm in the Lower East Side since Smokey Bernstein's East Side since Smokey Bernstein's closed down. And uh um I think I bought things for my lift tickets while here, but otherwise, you know, the Lower East Side is uh you know, obviously an area of tremendous uh you know, historical importance and um very limited parking. And uh so I really gave me a chance to see the neighborhood over and over again as I searched around for just my place in the world. You don't always know where your place is, you know, but this much is place is, you know, but this much is clear. There's nothing that you're supposed to get that you won't get. I was uh at a supermarket in Yerushalayim that is notorious for not having a lot of parking and there was a perfect spot. Just mommies perfect right by the exit, you know. And uh I was I was a bit of chutzpah, you know, so I decided I'm going to turn around so that I can back into the spot and as I did, somebody else came in and took it. So, the person I was with said, you know, "Look at that. They took your
