okay good afternoon everyone let me move this back a little so we get the full all right a little more i'm not my regular place to give the class so hopeful will come down well all right so today first of all i want to welcome myself back to the grid i've been off the grid for a while and um [Music] [Music] and i've been receiving so many questions why am i silent why am i quiet i just was uh my son got married and traveling and last week i had extra traveling for another central bar session just didn't get a chance to really sit down and clear my head and share my thoughts obviously the world right now is uh in total chaos and um lots of people are confused and i'm confused as well confused as well and yet within the confusion you have to have clarity so i'm gonna try to share some of what is clear to me although i i cannot um tell you that i know what's going on because i'm not a prophet and only the abuser will reveal and reveals to his prophets what's going on but there are certain things that are are definite and are sure which i could share which i think will have a calming share which i think will have a calming effect on many people and perhaps help us all help you help my when i'm speaking i'm speaking to myself too to shift our attitudes and focus on what needs to be focused on and bring ourselves to a state of happiness and joy instead of confusion and fear and maybe sadness so here we go first of all today's class
