I am an American and therefore I can say whatever I want I have freedom of speech I don't live in Russia or in China where I may get punished for what I said or locked up for what I said is that true not except not exactly why not you're figuring up I'm asking that is probably now to an extent yes to an extent cause you can yell fire yes to an extent cause you can yell fire in a crowded well okay so there are some exceptions to the law of free speech in America you can't yell fire in a crowded theater for example you cannot plan you're somebody by intentionally saying things wrong that are not true about them to work better but the truth is that that statement was entirely not true because while I am an American and while one of the great freedoms that our Constitution promises us is freedom of Constitution promises us is freedom of speech I am also that also I'm primarily a Jews and Judaism does not guarantee freedom of speech at all Judaism as a matter of fact does not guarantee any rights at all Judaism does not guarantee you a right to your own property do you know that yes but here the Judaism does do jimmy-isms it is an obligation upon you and I'm on everybody else in society not to take other people's property now
