we want to be conscious human beings you want to be a conscious human being we got something called mindfulness and mindfulness in one sense means being present in the moment just be there when you're washing the dishes just wash the dishes feel the warm water on your hands hear the squeak of the sponge on the plate just be in the moment you see that in last week we see it in last come up to me on the mountain and just be there don't be on top of the mountain and thinking about the next thing don't be on your first date with that beautiful sweet holy SIM girl and be thinking about what you're doing afterday just be there be present so one part of mindfulness is just being present being aware being intentional but another part of mindfulness is filling your mind filling your mind mindfulness mindfulness fill your mind the art of filling your mind which means you can consciously choose what to fill your mind with one part of meditation is to be able to empty your mind and calm your mind and quieten your mind but there's another type of meditation active meditation which is to fill your mind to choose what's going on in there so we' spoken about it a lot for example H the art of contemplation should be contemplating
