welcome everybody to another Fresh Start alumni webinar we did this last year and uh Dr vanderkolk you are now a household name in the Orthodox Community I'm sure you or now you're really into household names I I think come true yes it was the one last community that you were trying to crack into and um you're now in I think the podcast will drive by YY must have been viewed 20 or 30 000 times um which is uh you know meaningful numbers in our community so um we're excited to do this have you back of course moderate it with us makes it extra meaningful to get both the clinical and the Torah perspective um so welcome everybody okay so Rabbi uh why why if you could sort of lead this off you must have a few a few uh points for discussion to start out of course we might have some live questions I know I have a stack of uh anonymous questions but perhaps you can lead this off with some thoughts some words and start the open and honest discussion that we try and have here at fresh start with you and Dr vanderkolk absolutely I'd love uh first of all it's a it's an honor to be here with all of you alumni of fresh start and it's a glorious honor to be here with Dr Bessel Van Der cook I don't know if everybody knows this but that's the best of undercook has been dealing with this theme of trauma for I believe 50 years
